March 1st St. David's day - social in the Parish Room

Easter Monday - Easter Funday for all ages.

July 2nd - the Yale University Alumni Chorus will be singing in the Llangollen International Eisteddfod opening concert on July 3rd. They are hoping to visit the parish on Monday 2nd and we hope that some of them (there are over 300 in all!!) will sing in the church. More details to follow. This is part of Yale University's Tercentenary celebration. The chorus will be singing in other venues while they are in Britain, including St. Paul's Cathedral.

July 26 - 28   -  an exhibition of watercolours and flowers. The watercolours are by Tina Holley who lives in Penmaenmawr (you can see an example of her paining on the Coleg y Groes homepage at www.colegygroes.co.uk Tina exhibits in both Wales and England and her watercolours of the North Wales landscape now hang in private collections in Australia, France, Ireland, Spain and the US, as well as Wales and the rest of the UK. On Thursday (26th) Tina will give two Watercolour Workshops (morning & afternoon - previous experience is not necessary!), and on the Friday there will be a Prayer Workshop - all at Bryneglwys and linked with the exhibition. Refreshments will be available, and pre-booked lunches will be a possibility.  Please phone if you want more details or if you want to book a group to visit the exhibition or take part in the Workshops as a group or as an individual - there will be limited space for the Workshops so do indicate an interest as soon as you can.
