April 1st to October 31st : per night £55 (£44 single occupancy) 7 nights £350 (£280 single occupancy)
Coleg y Groes 2 November 1st to March 31st : per night £45 (£36 single occupancy) 7 nights £250 (£200 single occupancy)
April 1st to October 31st : per night £50 (£40 single occupancy) 7 nights £300 (£240 single occupancy)
There is a 20% reduction for single occupancy. We do not take bookings for a single night.
To check dates and enquire about booking you can E-mail us at colegygroes@btconnect.com or phone 01490 412169 When dates have been arranged you can print off the booking form and post it to us with the deposit, or, if you prefer, we can email or post a form to you. There will be a welcome tray with tea/coffee and cake awaiting you, a small bottle of milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread. Bread, groceries and green groceries are available on Corwen square (just across the church yard) and there is an award winning farm shop and take-away at Rhug, just outside Corwen on the A5.
Conditions 1. When we have received your booking form we will send you a confirmation, either by post or by email. We cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. 2. We ask you not to arrive before 4pm on the first day of your stay and to leave by 10am on the last day of your stay. If you are likely to be later than the time agreed on your booking form please phone to let us know as soon as possible. 3. If the booking is made more than 2 weeks before the start of your stay, 25% of the cost is payable at booking. The balance is payable 2 weeks before the start of your stay. For bookings made less than 2 weeks from the start of the rental the total is payable at the time of booking. Please note we cannot accept payment by Credit cards. 4. Cancellation within two months of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the sum agreed; if we are able to re-let the property then all monies will be refunded less an administration charge of £25. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full. Cancellation Insurance is recommended. 5. Bed linen and towels are provided. Gas and electricity are included in the price (but we do ask you not to leave radiators, gas fire and lights on unnecessarily!). Pets are not allowed. We would be grateful if you would leave the property clean and tidy and strip beds you have used (remove duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases) 6. Because of the nature of the property we regret that Coleg y Groes is not suitable for wheelchair users. 7. Coleg y Groes is a no smoking establishment. 8. We are unable to accept pets - we have two cats which object to competition! 9. Data protection Policy: In order to process your booking we will need to store and process personal data concerning you and your party. These details will not be passed on to any third party. 10. Retreat guidance/spiritual direction is available. We do not charge for this, but invite a donation if possible, which may be gift aided.
